IT’S KIND OF FUN TO DO THE IMPOSSIBLE. – WALT DISNEY

I am Nicole Tagger, the creative force and planner behind Cake and Champagne Events.

My work is rooted in storytelling — not as a concept, but as a discipline. Every wedding and private event I plan is conceived as a complete narrative, shaped by architecture, setting, timing and atmosphere. Design is never decorative. It is structural. It gives direction, creates tension, and leaves a lasting impression.

With a background in science and international training in wedding planning and design, I approach celebrations with precision and clarity. Structure allows creativity to be intentional rather than excessive. Every decision is deliberate, every element placed with purpose. Trends are observed, but context always leads.

I grew up internationally, in a family shaped by diplomacy, industry and academia. This upbringing instilled an instinctive understanding of etiquette, proportion and cultural nuance and a sensitivity to what hosting truly means. That perspective continues to inform my work today, particularly when planning destination weddings for international guests.

Guest experience is central to everything I do. From the first invitations to the final hours of the night, the celebration unfolds in carefully composed sequences. Arrival, movement through spaces, pauses and transitions are choreographed so that guests feel immersed without ever feeling directed. Impact is created through rhythm and contrast, not excess.

I work across Austria and Europe with a highly curated circle of partners who share my standards for discretion, execution and quality. Together, we create weddings that feel cohesive, striking and intentional.

My role is not only to impose a signature style.
It is to translate a very personal story into an exceptional experience impossible to replicate.

I don’t plan events.
I compose stories that are lived.
